Last updated: 1-27-2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReOnto website and services. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

1. About ReOnto’s Services

ReOnto provides administrative support services related to COBRA continuation coverage. Our services are designed to help individuals identify, document, and address COBRA coverage issues that arise from administrative or process failures after employer-sponsored health coverage ends.

ReOnto is not a law firm, insurance company, insurance broker, or medical provider. We do not sell insurance, provide legal advice, medical advice, or insurance recommendations.

2. No Legal, Medical, or Insurance Advice

Information provided by ReOnto—whether on this website, through written materials, email, or consultations—is for administrative support and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by ReOnto constitutes:

  • Legal advice

  • Medical advice

  • Insurance advice or recommendations

Use of ReOnto’s services does not create an attorney–client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or any other professional relationship beyond the administrative services expressly agreed to.

If legal, medical, or insurance advice is required, you should consult a qualified professional of your choosing.

3. Scope of Services

ReOnto’s services may include, depending on the engagement:

  • Reviewing information provided by the client

  • Identifying potential COBRA administrative failures

  • Assisting with documentation and timeline reconstruction

  • Communicating with employers, plan administrators, or vendors for administrative clarification or correction

  • Explaining available administrative options

ReOnto does not:

  • Represent clients in litigation or legal proceedings

  • File lawsuits or legal claims

  • Guarantee reinstatement of coverage or specific outcomes

  • Act on behalf of clients beyond the agreed administrative scope

4. No Guarantee of Results

COBRA outcomes depend on the facts of each situation, the actions of third parties, and applicable plan rules. While ReOnto works to identify and pursue appropriate administrative remedies, outcomes are not guaranteed.

You acknowledge that:

  • Administrative remedies may be unavailable or exhausted

  • Employers or plan administrators may decline corrective action

  • Some issues may not be resolvable administratively

5. Client Responsibilities

By using ReOnto’s services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information

  • Promptly supply requested documents or clarification

  • Acknowledge that ReOnto relies on the information you provide

ReOnto is not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the client.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for ReOnto’s services are disclosed before work begins and are typically structured as flat-fee administrative engagements.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Fees are not contingent on outcome

  • Fees are earned based on the services provided

  • Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific engagement terms

Failure to remit payment as agreed may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Third-Party Communications

As part of providing administrative support, ReOnto may communicate with third parties such as employers, COBRA administrators, or insurance carriers.

You authorize ReOnto to share information you provide as reasonably necessary for administrative purposes. ReOnto cannot control the actions, responses, or decisions of third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ReOnto is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • ReOnto’s total liability arising from services provided shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security

  • Misrepresent your identity or circumstances

Content on this site is provided “as is” and may be updated or changed without notice.

10. Termination of Services

ReOnto reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate services if:

  • The matter falls outside ReOnto’s scope

  • Administrative remedies are exhausted

  • Continued work is not appropriate or feasible

  • Client conduct is abusive, misleading, or non-cooperative

Termination does not waive fees earned for services already performed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ReOnto is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

ReOnto may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
